Welcome to 2012 Construction Commitments Tracker!

2012 Tracker is an evaluation and diagnostic tool which will ascertain if your construction project first, meets the OGC’s Common Minimum Standards for procurement of Works in the built environment, and second, if it performs in accordance with the 2012 Construction Commitments.

2012 Tracker will assess your project and give useful recommendations leading to better project performance.

2012 Tracker can be used by the client, the project manager, consultants or any member of the project team that is knowledgeable about the project. It can be used at any stage of your project.

2012 Tracker covers the following six key areas vital to the delivery of your project:

  • Procurement and Integration
  • Client Leadership
  • Design Quality
  • Commitment to People
  • Sustainability
  • Health and Safety

2012 Tracker will present you with sets of statements in each of the six areas mentioned while you select the statements that best describes your project.

At the end of the exercise, 2012 Tracker will score your project, tell you how well your project is performing and also give you recommendations where necessary.
